Problems with the new system!!!

Has anyone had as much trouble as I have logging today. Also lots of lost messages since the system changed?

    Hi Sue

    I'm a bit of a dinosaur with computery things so I know what you mean. :? The bad weather seems to affect my mobile internet connection these days too. I am tending to look at the tech forum more these days to see what crops up since the changes. I gather that if two people are posting on a thread at exactly the same time only one will get through. Could that be why your messages appeared lost? Hang in there, we will get used to it.

    I haven't had too many problems: I have had 'the someone is posting at the same time as you message' a few times, once or twice my computer refuses to show a page, so I click on the little down arrow, top left of screen - there is an arrow pointing to the left, one to the right, and next to that one a lttle triangle that gives a drop-down display of recent pages, I click on one of those and it's normally OK then. If not, I close the connection, and re-open it. I come back to AC, still logged in. Generally, so far so good, and I am not computery in any way! DD

    I find that I keep getting locked out. I can be typing and suddenly it comes up with the Login screen, I tryed to log in but it kept telling me that someone else was using either my e-mail, or password. In the end it wouldn't let me send a message either. Anyway I closed the site down and switched off the computer and then came back telling it that I'd forgotten my password and i had a new one straight away, and it logged me in and then I changed my password and all seems ok today fingers crossed! :wink:

    Its been locking me out at times since the system changed, but I have, until last night always managed to get back in! :shock:
    Maybe its telling me something! I put the post up last night just to see if it would work!

    Hi, Me too. Did my usual to log in and had message to say my password could not be transferred. It was only then I noticed the new layout. Tried to get new password and failed (last evening) so tried again today when more awake and succeded. Thought I had upset someone.
