Planet?

Could well have been Del, I know it's over that way at the minute, have an application on the phone where you can search for planets, stars etc.. At the minute now, it looks like it's to the East but below the horizon.. Don't know if this makes sense, I know the Sun rises but could Jupiter fall at the same time?
Oh I don't know, what you asking me for? Lol

morning Del, sorry I missed it this morning, fomalhaut is currently, approx 70* East and below horizon, so it's possible I think..

They said on the weather forecast this morning that Jupiter was very clear today. Late at night if it's clear the space station is visible too.

Cool, I love watching the sattelites going over on a clear night, apparently one goes over in one direction or another every twenty mins or so..
Saw a good few other week in Keilder, sky is great up there, shooting stars etc..
Will have a look for Jupiter tonight if it stays clear, cheers Ron

Yeah I've noticed it as well, but I thought it was aliens so I've covered me head in tin fiol again, I've seen Mell Gibbon in signs, don't ever go into a corn field as that's where they live you know!.

I can see Jupiter at the minute from the kitchen window, only had a quick look because it's freezing when I get from under these covers.....
It is currently 220* South West.. Can't see to the East from her but Saturn and Venus are just below horizon at the minute to the left of the moon...

I nipped into the kitchen to have a nosey through the window, if I start opening the curtains in here SWMBO may wake up, then I'll be in bother
