Good news at the end of a horrible week

Well, this week has been a real rollercoaster. Was told on Monday that I have OA in my right hip and I am now waiting to see consultant. Both my children have been home poorly BUT today ................... my new Nephew was born, so I am an Auntie Beckie for the 4th time and very proud

His name is Oscar Jovi, he arrived at 2.35am and he weighed in at 9lb. I have seen a picture and he has LOTS of black hair. Hope to go for a cuddle over the weekend

Awwwwww bless you. Little Oscar is a real blessing. I have two children myself, a son who is 9 and a daughter who is 6. My daughter has severe and very complex special needs. She needs 24/7 care. I would have loved another child, but I am at such high risk of having another disabled child, we have decided with heavy hearts we just can't take the risk Sooooooooooooooo being an Auntie again, is going to mean a HUGE amount to me and Oscar is a very special little boy
