Hi Everyone
Jules (Julie) has asked me to let you know about her mum.
She has spoken to the doctors and they think her mum will be ok. They are waiting on the results to come through but think she has a deep sitting infection. They don't think she has cancer
She is still on oxygen and she still has the drainer tube in her lung.
Her breathing is better than it was before the op. They did get a lot of fluid off her lungs though.
Julie has been running to the hospital then home and then going back again so if she does not come in later don't worry, I have made her promise me she will rest when she gets back home again.
Love Trish xxxx

Hi
I have spoken to Jules today. I'm sure she won't mind me telling you her mum is not having as much oxygen as she was having.
That, at the moment must be a good sign for her mum.

I have heard from Jules again tonight
She has said her mum is a little better tonight so that is good news.

Good news from Jules Her mum has had the drainage tube taken out. She has a pocket of air in the top of her chest.
The doctors have told Julue's mum to walk about a bit and try to cough to free it
I think once this has gone they will let her mum go home. They still have to wait for the biopsy results though.
Lets all pray that it is an infection and nothing more than that.
Jules has been amazing throughout this ordeal with her mum. She has been going twice a day to see her mum. When she gets home late afternoon it has been time for her to go back again She has also cooked meals for her mum as the food is not nice there.
