Been given 3 prescriptions and told ........ wait for it ........
I WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL IN A MONTH :lol::lol::lol::lol: you all want some of my wonder drugs now dont you!!!!

The best of it is i have looked up the patient leafet advice and you supposed to tell DR if your having either drug as it looks like you not supposed to have them together! :?

    Oh Roses,

wouldn't it be just wonderful if you had been given a magical cure? no more pain, stiffness, swelling or sore elbow and arm.

I guess though that your doc  is being overly optimistic... but..
I shall keep my fingers crossed for you nevertheless

    Hi Rose

Sounds a bit like my experience really.

I have RA, OA and other odds and so?s besides.

Went to the rheumy appointment on two crutches
cos I could hardly walk due to knee pain, and was told that
I was probably coming down with a cold. ???????????????

    :?

Hope you are back to normal!!!!! soon. :)

And no the cold didnt materialise, but the knee pain
    got worse.

    Hi Rose,
Well that’s alright then. Will he be writing a paper on his discovery?
Seriously Rose I do hope you get some relief soon but like you I would be concerned about the two meds not going together. :?

    Oh Rose!

That did make me giggle! Well if it is that simple.....

What planet is your GP on?
Doesn't the GP have that computer programme where if there is a contra-indication then it shouts at the doctor? Hhhmmm, that is a bit worrying, check with the pharma, pharmasi, ok, chemist, they will know

But I do really hope you get some relief soon

    Oh Rose

Can I have some too please?!!! :D

Seriously though, do check again with the doc or the pharmacist if you think the drugs aren't meant to be taken together.

I do hope that they do give you some relief Rose.

    Thinking of you.

Oh my dear Rose, we could have hit the jackpot there

What is bloody wrong with some of these doctors??
I had to fight for yrs to get my OA diagnosed, mainly due to my age I think.. Got told allsorts, you can't have arthritis, you're too young, it's depression, there's nowt wrong with you, blah blah blah...

Hi Rose, Well i want that cure too :D
can i also have some of what ever you gp is on please :D

Right tramadol is what im on, its good but no miricle cure & is the other on fluoxitine? Anti depressant ?OH was on it if it is.
Can make you feel floaty til you get used to it.

Also have you looked into prepayment certificate. you can get one online or a form from chemists & it will save you a fortune on prescriptions.
    luv debs
