Hello all,
hope you are all well. I'm taking time out for a while as my depression has worsened quite a lot recently. I have seen GP and got a higher dose but I just need time out. Hope you all have a Happy Christmas and New Year. x:))

    Just wanted to call in and acknowledge your post. I'm sorry things are not good for you at the moment and hope your GP can be supportive and see you through such a hard time.
    take care of yourself and I hope you can find some peace over Christmas with family and friends. We will be here if and when you need us.
