Well done, suncatcher - I hope it works out for you. Take it gently, stay as strong as you can - surely it is a good thing that you feel ready for this now. DD

x:)) Hi thanks for replies very encouraged now. I am also keeping a diary on my moods while reducing. Just finished food n mood course which we have been given samples of new foods to try recipes and food diary to keep. I will be able to chart progress.
I don't think much of the way you are left to yourself to sort mess out theres worse than me who to ill to try. I think it will get worse with all the cuts on the services.
My doc ain't received letter for my transfer over back to his care with my arther. He is not pleased with the hospital. He said to come in for my blood pressure checks while he chases them up over this. I haven't got another appointment only to visit rumy in four months. He don't agree with hospital over my blood pressure he says its borderline and is not happy. Hospital they say im fine with that. And its the lowest Ive been so he is querying that.
My doctors don't like my hospital as its in Birmingham and not in their local area. The doctor says they never send them details of my bloods so have no clue about that and all letters are late from them. Oh well they will sort it im sure not good though . Well thanks for replys gonna look round forum bye for bit from joanne

    Hi Joanne

Glad to see you posting again.

Just to say all the best for reducing your medication.. I think the key is to do it slowly..

How frustrating about the poor communication betwen hosp and GP.. could you start keeping a record of your bloods on a card and carry it with you to show your GP?

By the way - don't worry, you're not the only one who hasn't bought their Christmas cards yet - I;ve not bought my cards, nor any presents yets!!

    Keep in touch..
