    I have heard of them, but never used one, do they have pins like acupuncture :?: will be interested to see how your oh gets on with it.

    Well it is of great interest to me too. A problem with sleeping seems to be a common complaint on here.

    Seen an advert for the mat in a magazine that mum gives me to read. It looks rather comfortable. Wouldn't have noticed advert if you hadnt mentioned it even though it was a full page spread, sometimes I think i must read with my eyes shut.

    i have an acupressure mat called the heavenly acupressure mat and love it! It does work quite well and i use it mostly for stress relief and muscle pain and tension release.

    I have been waiting for your update. I would have thought you would know within a few uses.
    I was expecting you to say it was fab.
    What rating out of 10 would your wife give?
    Does it help her to sleep better after using it?
