    There is Joan!

Maybe to them it really IS an emergency, but as Del says the staff hours wasted! Hopefully not too many.

Think it's ok to ring 'em if you run out of ****? x:))

When I hear of things like this it does make me wonder if mental health issues play a part: some people are genuinely troubled and may not realise that what they are doing is wrong. There are those who repeatedly call the emergency services and it is because they genuinely cannot cope. There but for the grace of god etc etc etc. Quite what action one could take to stop them tho . . . . . DD

    Hi Joan,
Like you say you never know what is going on in there lives, but our neighbours just thought that was what the police are for, they sent for them once because another neighbours cats where in there garden.
They have moved now, so all is quiet :D
