I love smoothies Del. How would you make one with gin and vodka soaked berries then. Would you blend them with yoghurt or what?

Melt dark chocolate in a bowl ....

Add elderberries (sloes are brilliant as well)....

Pour onto a greased baking tray...

    Let cool......

    break into pieces.......

You can stick all your posh choccies in the bin.......

    Bestest 'posh' choccies.......ever......

    Try it.......

While making over 100 choc cripsys for kids party's at school i decided to try out the "Posh Chocs". Used white chocolate. Well what can i say...bloody lovely and note sure they will last as a present. Off to buy dark chocolate to deal with the gin elderberrys. I decided to make a pouring/ice cream topping with the rest of the vodka ones. One to be given as a present (very small jar) the other to be used by the adults over Xmas.
