Hello,
Anyone who suffers from shoulder pain? Do you ever get swelling/pain near the breast bone where your underarm is? Difficult to describe but hopefully someone will know what I'm trying to say x:rudolf
Thanks,
Magenta x

Hello Magenta
I don't know what type of arthritis you have but, with my RA, I do have problems with my shoulders periodically. Both shoulders are giving me gyp at the moment unfortunately - no swelling though and the discomfort is around the top of my shoulders and down my arms, rather than underneath. Could the pain and swelling you describe under your arm be a swollen lymph gland, as can happen if you are unwell generally?
Thinking of you.

Hi Tilly,
I have all the pain around the top of my shoulder and down my arm. I think I was hoping that someone would have the same pain underneath. I'm kinda worried, thinking of the worst. I hope it's an infection but I'm going to call my drs tomorrow for an urgent appointment-partly to put my mind at rest. I'll let you know how I get on,

Good luck with the appointment Eileen - must say I have shoulder problems but not like you describe. x:?Love, Legs x

Hello, I have shoulder pain, but like the others, it is across the top of my shoulders and down my arms. Glad you'r going to see your GP, theirs so many things tha can go wrong with us and if you have an infection you will perhaps need anti-biotics or something, to make it go away. I also think that when you have something like arthritis, you tend to, naturally, think every ache and pain you get is due to that and sometimes it isn't. Anyway, I hope you soon feel better and the doc gives you some help.

Hi Magenta,
I am so sorry that you have all the worry of waiting for the appointment. Not much of a comfort I know but I have known three people who have been sent to the breast clinic and their results were clear.
Just take one day at a time flower.
Many hugs coming your way,

HI Magenta
I'm so sorry that you need to see someone else, but well done for going to the GP rather than turning a blind eye like we're all often tempted to do.
I'll be thinking of you, and will gladly jump into your pockets to be with you when your appointment arrives.
I know they will do everything they can to see you asap, so hopefully it won't be long.
loads of calming hugs (((((((())))))))

Hi, I'm so sorry, you must be feeling shocked but try and be positive. At least they are fast tracking you. I know a bit about the feeling. Thinking about you and hoping all will be fine. Its natural to feel on a rollercoster, or it is for me. My appointment is for gyne in early Jan. I'll be thinking of you, hold the positive thoughts and try and let go of the bad ones. Lots of love Sue (((()))xxx0
