getting fit for surgery ?

Hi Do not post often sorry but///, my op looms in the new year so any tips for upping the stamina/fitness ready for all that is ahead?

Hi Star,
Nice to see you again.
It might be worth talking to a physio about building up muscles. If you over do it they will not only not let you but hurt for ages afterwards and its best to get some advice from them in the know.
Good luck for your surgery and I so hope you get a break from the pain and impact on movement. Cris x0 -
What op on what bit? I am so sorry but I cannot remember what you were waiting for. You haven't got long anyway so it's probably best to talk to your GP or contact your surgeon. I wish you well. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
