Hi Joan, it could be the pressure on the boiler has gone.. On your boiler you should have a pressure gauge, in the manual (hopefully you have one) it will tell you what the pressure should be, I can't remember off the top of my head what ours is, maybe 1.5 to 2.0 but not certain.
If the gauge is at zero then it's lost all pressure and needs restarting/resetting.. Hopefully there will be something explaining how to do it..
Or the pilot could have gone out maybe, but not sure that would show up on the shower as low pressure though..

    Good luck with it :))

    Hi Tony.
Thank you the heating is working okay.
its just the shower that wont work i dont know where the gauge is the only one i can see is the one you turn if you want the water hotter.
i cannot find the leaflet for the shower it is a triton one or some thing like that.

Ours was doing something similar not so long ago actually. We have a wet room shower and it has a longer than normal hose on it, the fella came out and changed more or less all the parts inside when I asked if it could just be the hose being blocked as when we did turn it on the hose went solid... Sure enough, that's what it was.. He took it off, unravelled it, made sure it was clear and it's been fine since then.. Really hope that you get it working hun..
Barbara's OH will hopefully help, I am no expert luv..

    Hi Joan

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your shower.

Assuming your Triton shower is an electric one, it will cut out if the water flow is too low. Can you turn the dial to a higher number?- it usually goes from 1 ( lowest) to 10 ( highest ) If this does not work, it could be that the water pipe to the shower is partly or completely frozen, thus restricting or stopping the water flow. This will thaw out when the weather gets warmer.

    Good luck

    Joan

    They're a Godsend eh?
I love my wetroom shower.. :))

I assume that the taps etc in the shower room are flowing with good pressure still?

It's a bugger eh? Ours broke as I said and we were left for a week before the council came out to fix it.. The woman on the phone to my OH, when told that I needed it as I have mobility problems said "can he not sit on the seat and use a jug to clean himself??!!!!!!!!!!!!" OH wanted to hunt her down and slap her.. lol

Best wishes anyway Joan, let's hope you can get it sorted..
    :))
