Good to make contact

Hey yo'll. Finally making contact with fellow Arthritis folk. I am mid 30's, and am a physically active, in good health builder bar AS. I am in the middle of a "flare up" big time. would be greatful for any anecdotes/advice etc..

Hello and welcome to the forums. It is a shame you have had to find us but we are a friendly and knowledgeable bunch of creaking people! What form of arthritis affects you? I have PA (psoriatic arthritis): it's like RA but with the added benefit of skin trouble. I would usually hang around a while for a natter but I have just done my humira jab and it's time to have a little rest. I hope to see you posting - LWA (living with arthritis) is the forum for questions about meds, treatment, hints and queries about arthritis, the rest are self-explanatory! I hope your flare dies down soon. DD

Welcome from me too, hope you aren't suffering too much from the flare, mine is in my knees at the minute, giving me hell, but hey, it will end at some point eh? Gotta stay positive is what I say )
