    Madness....the price always goes up and never down...well not often. If the public transport system was better and cheaper people would not need to use the cars as much. We live rural so don't really have much choice. We are at the oil company's mercy and until more money is ploughed into other forms of transport and fuelling them is done this will continue. The oil companies are not going to want any cheap fuel made are they!!!!!.
