Today....I will be mostly helping 'The Underkeeper' buy a new pair of wellington boots....
Little devil......he's worse than a woman in the shops.....
Oh yes............Got a deer to butcher as well......
Part of the barter system alive and well in this part of darkest Bedfordshire.....
Oh yer........................
I hope 2011 is kind to everyone.......
From me and mine........To you and yours........
Have a great New Year....

Ooooooh new wellies - luvverly! My wellies are cream with red roses - I suspect the underkeepers won't be. It feels odd to be wishing you a Happy New Year 'cos, let's face it Rob, it's going to be an absolute stinker for you. But I do sincerely, warmly and confidently wish you a healthier 2011. After all of this malarkey it had better bl**dy be. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I ain't got no wellies, so what does that say about me :?:
My very best wishes to you for the New Year, Rob.

Ah, joanlawson, having a pair of wellies is an essential. Tho one is indeed an adult, and can therefore partake of all those slightly naughty 'adult' activities (staying up late, driving a car, having a second cuppa or even having a small sherry as it's Christmas ) there is nothing to beat the visceral thrill of stamping in a puddle. Absolutely nothing. Get thee equipped with galoshes my girl, and rediscover your inner rebel. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I fink it says you are a clean girl who doesn't splash in puddkles or make mud-pies any more )
Love Toni xx0 -
I am definitely the poor relation - my wellies are boring black, but I can't wear them anway, so they sit there and look at me when the mud is knee deep.
Not so keen on splashing in puddles, but I do like making footprints in the snow.

I am sure, Rob, that you can write your full name (what bloke can't?) but can you do it in printed letters - much more challenging than cursive! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
