Hello from another newbie

Just joined today thought i write a few words. I've suffered with arthritis for 21 years and recently had a knee replacement also need another but no way. It impacts greatly on your life which i'm sure you are all awear, but carry on regardless as best we can.Thats all for now folks.

    Welcome to the forum, hope you're not suffering too much today and have had a good Christmas and New Yr..
    We're a friendly and knowledgable bunch (well, some of us are more knowledgable than others, lol.. I'm one of the thick ones :o:lol: )
    Hope you find the site helpful and also fun, I know I do, it's a big help to know you can talk to folk that know what you are going through..

    The LWA section is where you can get info/advice etc, the chit chat section is where you can go for a bit of fun, call in Val's cafe for calorie free cake etc.. Lol
    We've even got a cruise ship that is currently taking us all to warmer climes..
