Hi Mike, this is a tricky one, do I remember rightly that it is a motability car? If so, then any other instructor will not be insured to drive it mate, and they have to be by law.. You can name a second driver on your policy with RSA ins, if you have a relative or friend that you trust that would be willing.. Maybe ring RSA, ask for advice..
Hope it helps Mike, keep it up matey, you'll get there.

Hi Tony , I would be the one driving just need an instructor to sit with me in my own car , my other instructor can only provide me with one lesson , so I would like some extra lessons in my own car . its hard to find anyone who will sit with me , a neibhour did but he had to be asked and I feel as if its a bit like begging people to sit with me. Thanks for reading my post

It is difficult to find people to sit with one when learning: what about your brother? Could he help a little more? It wouldn't be for long, would it? It must be very frustrating for you, Mike. If I lived closer . . . . . . . but I would probably tell you all the wrong things! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Hi Mike, I think that even just sitting in your car with you that the instructor would still need to be insured, they have to be in case for whatever reason they have to take over the driving, I am pretty sure that is right, but you could call and find out for certain, just would hate for you to get into any kind of bother with it Mike...
Keep us all up to date with things..
PS, don't listen to DD, it's a good job she doesn't live near you, she's one of them wimmin folk, and we all know they can't drive!  Oh boy, am I in bother now,lolMe-Tony
