Good. Arrogant twerp. I wonder when he will realise that having been a reasonably good player doesn't mean that one will automatically become a reasonably good manager? He made a very rash promise when he joined ITFC, given his astonishing lack of managerial background and he has failed. 28 victories out of the 81 games of his reign. Stupid, stupid, big-mouthed twerp. No wonder Mr Evans has had enough. I also hear, chrisov, that Norwich have turned down a request from Burnely for your manager - you seem to have a gem there, I suspect that you stand a fighting chance of being up there with the big boys next season: I wish you well, and if you do make it, we'll see you back in the Championship the year after, when you drop back and we go up! Spot on, Rob. I prefer rugby anyway. Much better game with much better men! I just know I will have to say summat abaht it tonight when himself walks in. (Mr DD, that is, not Keano). I have no doubt there will be an inquest. It's a testicular thing. DD

You may remember that I'm from the Blue half of Manchester, so Keane would not have been on my Christmas card list anyway.
Top player, average manager, you could do better at that level.
I hear this lad Wickham is a good player. Good luck for the resr of the season. Alanthemanc

RK? He is a way-below-average manager - the twerp has no experience at all. I think Mr Evans was seduced by his (RK's) reputation as a player, he ignored the most crucial fact: managers should understand people. RK understands RK (and that's on a good day). But others? The great unwashed (ie our team) didn't stand a chance. The man could not motivate an all-day do in a brewery. ******* (insert epithet of choice, I hope I have provided enough stars). DD

People like you are the proper fans, delboy. The glamour teams are dull beyond belief, the Premier League is so predictable. I have to follow Ipswich as we live here, but I have a very soft spot for Wycombe Wanderers (was brought up near there) and Stranraer. DD

    Delboy,
Yeh I have much admiration for supporters of teams of the lower leagues..
Mind you, I can hardly be described a s a glory hunter, I've only been going on an off, for 50 years.
I have a soft spot for Rochdale, the place is like a bog. Alanthemanc

50 years? Really? For Man C? DD

PS Apparently Norwich lost today: I am assured this is a good thing.

Yesterdays result for Leeds was a great one, looking forward to the return leg.. Not a huge football fan, but do believe in supporting your local team no matter what.. It's nice to see them getting some form back, defence was good yesterday...
Hope Liverpool do the deed against the money bags Del..

7 - 0. Oh dear. Not a surprise I suppose. Chelsea, despite their slump, are a slightly better team. DD
