I posted a few days ago and complained how hard I was finding it getting Lucy to do physio at home!! Well I decided to try a new tactic and got a yaga ball to help. Lucy was chuffed and we fit our exercises around it. One of the good things about it is she does not always realise she is doing physio. A t the end of each session I let her bounce sat on it, like a space hopper, she does not realise that this is an extra few mins she is doing!!!! I hope the enthusiasm keeps up, but so far so good!!!! Thanks for everyone who gave me such good advice
