Hi

I'm just being nosey, but what are you doing today?

I'm off out for lunch with my friend, so lots of good food, chatting, laughter, and a generally brilliant time will be had by both of us. Isn't it good to be alive :?:

I have just taken my weekly hit of alendronic acid, so I have to sit up for thirty minutes, hence being on here. Then I can have some pain dullers and later a read of the papers. Then the plan is as follows: we will go into town, briefly, then home for lunch. Another battle with our printer will then occur - we think it is too far from the router which is why it won't work all the time, so we will try moving it to upstairs, thus bringing it one floor closer to the router: this will be less than handy for me but never mind. Then I shall watch the darts final - yippee! - and then it will be dinner and bed. Today is, however, the thinnest day of the humira wedge - I probably won't manage any of the above after the pain dullers and papers. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

    Sorry, couldn't resist... I'm a Yorkshireman, haha...

Today I will be mostly winding the Mancunians up by the look of it, hope they ain't lost their sense of humour..! Lol

Will also be trying getting up and about a little but at a time, knees finally easing, I am quite certain it's not the injections working yet, possibly the horrible flare up I've been in finally buggering off... Woohoo..
Back is still being a bit of a bugger bit it will get there I'm sure..
I'm a tired but happy bunny as usual..

Gosh, all you early risers put me to shame :!: It's nearly 10.30, and I've only been up and about for about half an hour :!: Still, that's what Sundays are for, isn't it? It's a beautiful sunny day here in Derbyshire, and Spring is in the air. ( Oops, have I said that too soon? )

Pamie I hope that your dispute with your friend can be resolved, but she should apologise to you for hurting your feelings.

Tinkerbelle Sorry you were having a flare, and I hope that you will enjoy a relaxing day.

DD I hope that you will manage to do the things you have planned, and enjoy the darts final.

Del You are always so busy with your charity work, so well done :!: I hope the journey back isn't too bad.

Tony I hope that the pain will ease off for you today, and that you enjoy your day.

Rob have fun with your grandchildren, and I hope that the next dose of poison won't be too horrible.

Tracey I hope that you will feel better as the day goes on. Good luck with the drumming :!:

Janie This will be a sad day for you, so my thoughts are with you.

Took dog skating first thing to see if i could find a safe route into work later..... Got into work in one piece HOORAY and back. Had lunch made for me by hubby and now sitting down on my laptop.
(not literally my bum would not fit...heheheh). Have a parish meeting tonight at 7pm (lets hope it is not a long drawn out one). Having my hubbies B Day present being delivered while we are out.
(Birthday not until March but have got hold of a fruit machine for him to play on. Apparently great money box!!!!!). Now worrying about whether it will fit in the gap i was getting it put in. Yes did not measure it....derrrr. Feeling better today....one of the joy of working with kids is they share everything!!!!! Hope everyone else has had a good day. Watch this space about the fruit machine....they are about 13 stone....not sure i will be able to move that!!!:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Hi folks, I've actually ventured out of the house today! Woohoo. LOL
Me and swmbo went over to the neighbours for a cuppa, it took a bit of effort as the back and knees were seized this morning, that's one reason I made sure I did it... Had a lovely cuppa and a natter then back home, pain is kicking in now but I took a tamazapam on top of mi pain meds so it should ease a little at some point.. Think I will move around a but more later on..

Lupes, glad you're starting to feel better..
I had a fruit machine before, they are great money boxes, just make sure you don't lose the key, lol..

    Be well everyone
