well its driving lesson number 3/ I had a driving lesson today agin he opened a book with pictures what to do at a juntion( sorry about spelling ) but I suppose all instructors do this , as I was coming up to a junction i SLOWed down, inticated, was ready to turn when a car came from nowhere and blasted his horn the instructor told me that he was in the wrong as you do not overtake a a junction, was glad to hear that ( good it was not my fault) just have problems with mirrors (I tend to go to turn and singal first instead of looking at my mirrors . and a big promblem for me is the blind spot I cant turn head fully as my neck gives me so much pain . the instructor told me to just glance quickly round.

but the lesson was good

next one , tuesday 18th January 9.30

Glad to hear that the lesson went well, Mike. That driver was definitely in the wrong. Unfortunately, for some drivers an L-plate is like a red rag to a bull, and they have to overtake no matter what.

You will get used to checking your mirror first, and you will just do it automatically after a while.

    Good luck :!: :!:

Try not to let idiots like that get to you Mike, they're the ones that need bloody lessons!!
As for the blind spot, how is it in YOUR car or was this in your car.. It's just that you can get some little triangular shaped stick on mirrors that help illiminate the blind spot, they do work, I have had them before, only a couple of pound each. You stick them in the right place for you, on the wing mirror, or there are others you can get that clip onto the mirror, hope that's useful for you matey..
