complain to the owner i am sure there will be someone who would love that job and do it well. what was he doing with his phone on him anyway??

    most shops do not allow staff to have mobiles with them on shop floor it very poor training and staff management that would allow such a thing to occur customer comes first with out them there are no wages you should put your complaint in writting stating when who and how long explaine that no one minds an emergancy call but general chit chat while serving customers will cause till to be wrong and poor customer satisfaction

    I expect delboy he was lucky you only pulled his earpiece out and that you didn't pull him over the counter too :lol:

    I think it was really terrible that he should have even had the phone on him
    I would complain to management too.

    Good on you Del, I hate it when they are talking on there phone and not paying attention to what they are suppose to be doing, .Im not brave enough to do what you did, but I have complained to them.
