Dear Yellow Maserati driver, being an arrogant tosser doesn't qualify you a Blue Badge but it does qualify you for a big fat parking ticket for parking in a disabled bay. p.s I may not have shopped you with quite so much glee if you hadn't cut me up so badly 2mins earlier!!!
(TBH I still would have shopped you, I just wouldn't have been so happy about and neither would the lovely lady who took the details with a big smile and said she wishes that there was more that they could do than just give them a fine :grin: but it wasn't a bad place to start)
