Back stretchers

Hi everyone

Has anyone got any info good or bad on these wooden back stretchers ?I have terrible stiffness in my lower back and nothing seems to help.

The idea behind them seems good but I am wary of subjecting my back to anything new without recomendations.

    I do know I used to quite like having my back strectche ob=ver my Oh's back if you know what I mean and i have had traction for my back in the past.

    I have seen thes things and they look uncomfortable dont they/? But would be wonderful if they work...

    Wonder if a physio could give you advice?
