One art exhibition I will miss

Hi

I love visiting art galleries, and I'm very open-minded about modern art, but Damien Hirst's new exhibit at the Royal Academy is one which I don't want to see. :shock: :shock:

Damien Hirst is now estimated to have made £215 million from his art, but I won't be contributing a single penny to his fortune.

    Without doubt the biggest pile of pap I have ever seen, definately Emperor's new clothes syndrome going on there, some pretencious **** says it's great and hey presto, an empty beer can with dog poo in it is worth ten grand..... :???: :roll:

    i always thought that art took time and some talent a lot of modern art could be done by a 2 year old is this art well i do not think so but that only my opinion others i am sure feel different which is there choice do people buy the peices so they can brag they have them rather than because they like them

    ooo I have a 2yr old - better get down the localArt Fair on the weekend I could make a bob or too - actually second thoughts his stuff is way too good :wink:

    Well whoever pays to see that....must have more money then sense.....I could have sold him some blue bottles...we get loads when the farmer puts you know what on the fields :shock: now there's a thought....I could take a pile of ---- :roll:
