Everyone needs a treat from time to time, so good for you. Try not to do it all again tomorrow tho - how about just a bit of it? Then a litttle bit less again on Thursday then the whole lot again the day after 'cos it's Friday! DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

In the days when I used to have hormones that were active I had 'grazing' days (usually about a week before the event) and yes, it was chocolate (not poxy carrots and celery) that would sate the desire. Could it be that? DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

oo errr ummm   i cant blame that all i know is im absolutely starvingggggg!!0
-
Oh. Can you determine if you are genuinely hungry or just thinking that you are? If you have had a sugar binge (and we know you did) it could be your body trying to trick you into thinking it needs more, when in fact it doesn't. The early days of a diet can be tough if you drop ALL treats at the same time, a gradual withdrawal is better, it helps to avoid the peaks and troughs of sugar binges. I emapthise, it isn't easy. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
-
i think im suffering chocolate withdrawel symptoms lol i wonder if you can get chocolate patches...wear it on my arm...or across my mouth0
-
It does have a chemical in it that promotes feelings of well-being and happiness, I can't remember its name, but it is one of the reasons why we girls find choccy so seductive. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
