It is one helluva project Rob, pace yourself please and remember those poorly hands of yours! I think I can see some differences in it/him/her (I know Bill is the monniker but is that a boy Bill or a girl Bill or just an 'it' Bill?) I have two questions: will Bill remain red and is the underkeeper returning this week-end to assist? DD

    Currently its an 'it'........

'The Underkeeper' wants it so stay red.....

However, 'The Headkeeper' is contemplating green.......

    Hi Rob,
It's got to be a camoflague paint job.

I've always wanted a camo car.

    Take care.

May I add my vote for green? A good, deep, British racing type of green. DD

    Hi Daylily

My ex had a green camoflage Vespa and side car. It was called 'you can run but you can't hide'.

    I favour 'Series' Landrover Green...........

But got a bit of a way to go yet......

I've had the pressure washer going today.....

Cleaning the INSIDE of the cab.........

I've put the correct air filter back...

    Replacing the farmers 'temporary' fix.......

An old sock.........I kid you not....

I've added photos today.........of the sock.......

Tinks..........the 'thingy' will go back on......

Made it easier to see what condition the chassis is in, with it off.....

Tony.........Any 'serious' effort is done by my son......

Replacing a wiper switch is about as much as I've done....

    Got 3 wheels changed......

    4th one is not co-operating.......

Need a bigger socket set........3/4 or even an inch....

Chat up the road used to repair buses.......

I'll pop and see him later today....

He's bound to have something 'serious' to do the job....

    Good point Del.....

    Truthfully.......nowt has happened....

Clutch components are still away being refurbished....

And I been a 'bit under the weather'......

I did manage to get 4th wheel off.......

The socket set I borrowed was 'one big mother'....

When clutch arrives and is fitted, then I can decide on next step......

I've had the local ''4x4 rivet counters' all stopping to have a look....

One guy even offered me the use of his 4x4 quarry.......

    Got his own quarry........!!!!!!!!

Don't you just love the pedants who run crying to mummy because you haven't used a correct thickness washer behind the bolt that it 2mm too long.

    2mm...........as much as that.....
