Can I claim from BT from cutting off our phone & internet without our knowledge?
Well we got letters from BT for a guy we had never heard of saying thank you for choosing Bt & by 19th Feb we would recieve the new broadband set ect
Contacted them they werte totally useless unhelpful & keept cutting me off when allegedley trying to transfer to someone who could help
My husband spent hours trying to get the dumbos to understand & so did I
Thankfully Sky sorted it out & finally we got back on line & have a new landlins no which means now we have to inform everyone of new no
ALL BTs fault
My daughter could use the internet for her A level homework or revision for her Chemistry Biology & Law exams so a stressful time for her
So any idea how I can make BT pay???? We havent even had an appology from them ggggrrrrr
So not a happy bunny
Thanks fot reading this

Hi
My friend had alot of trouble with BT and it took ages to resolve her issues too..
I believe in the end she requested she spoke to a manger and a manager only.. she told them of the problems and they were very aplogetic and sorted things out for her and gave her a refund ...
Hope you get it sorted

A few years ago I had a letter from BT, thanking me for upgrading my package (ooe-er missus) to another service that cost twice as much. I rang them and said I had no idea what this was about, they informed they had rung me, talked to me and I had agreed over the phone that this was the best thing for me to do. I asked when I had done this, and they told me a date and time, at which point I told them they were liars because I could prove that I had been at work and the answerphone was on. After some humming and ha-ing, they found some clerk had been trying to boost his sales figures and they backed down. We switched to cable. I wonder how many other people didn't bother to challenge and just blithely paid up - especially older people who might not be that alert to such things? Ghastly organisation. With you on that one DD, bunch of mongrels... I think BT streams for bloody twits..
We left them yrs ago at the old house, after having similar problems, trying to blag money we dint owe..
Went straight to Mr Bransons bunch, excellent service.
Sadly when we moved here his service for the phones weren't available so we had to go with the bloody twits.. So we could have our branson internet service..
Will be leaving bloody twits when we can..
