Off to cook!

And tonights menu is:

Chicken Breast, cooked with french butter
Potato gratin!
Cauliflower Cheese (only way to get the OH to eat vegies!)


Should I set the table for anyone else?! :)

    I knew I forgot something!!

    We don't do puddings that much tbh :)

    Anyways.. disaster potato gratin, every time i try to cook this, the potatos are still hard... i need tips from the experts... (that's you hopefully!)

    I'm lucky my OH does all the cooking..
    So no food poisoning in my house.. lol

    Or briefly parboil the potato slices first, say a couple of minutes, then layer etc. DD

    Jamie Oliver lied to me you see... i followed his instructions and it all went wrong... you guys are obviously better chefs then him!
