everyone going to hospital and katie left on her to look after herself at school..okish

conning the school out of dinners when she has packed lunch...not ok :shock:

she told them she waas having school dinners and daddy was paying lol she has been asking for a while and i told her mummy and daddy didnt have the pennies but she couldnt understand why some children got them for free..well shes found a way now!!

I know but how embarrassing lol..but more fool the teachers for not checking really you cant miss her lunchbox its got a picture of her on a keyring...her imagination is running riot at the moment perhaps i should stop reading to her

sorry but this did make me smile i do feel for parents these days dinners are so expensive but you must admit it was a good one she very bright hope she enjoyed the dinner might be the last she gets for a while and no sweets till dinner paid for i bet lol

£2.10 a day val its too much and at her school you are not allowed to pay for random days you have to pay a whole week,she did moan about the pudding though , she wanted apple crumble

I wonder what will happen next!!!! It is a lot to pay, for school dinners though. Maybe a few days of dinners, and she will find they are not that exciting after all??? Sometimes its all to do with what there friends are doing, as some schools seperate the packed lunches from the hot meals.

Smart cookie but i would have refused to pay the bill. If you have informed the school she is packed lunched and she said she did not have one they should have phoned you to check whether it was ok for her to have a school dinner or was you going to bring it in later.
The fault lies with the school not with your clever child. Need to keep an eye on this one she will go far. Must admit it really mad me laugh...sorry.

Mine are entitiled to free school meals but will they eat them? no.Like Suzygirl said it is to do with wanting to sit with their friends So two have home prepared packed lunch and at my son's school he is able to choose a sausage roll and cookie as his meal.So I have to cook for them at night.
The meals are lovely nowadays too so it is such a shame they don't want them.

Apparently she had pizza but she was dissappointed in the pudding,she thought you could ask for "whatever you wanted in the whole world" and she wanted apple crumble lol,we dont see why we should pay for it fancy taking the word of a 4 year old and her lunch bag was on the rack with all the others how could they not have seen it? we had a little talk and hopefully she understands she cant just have dinner when she feels like it........not sure what to do about the rampaging elephants however
