    Hi Cath,

    Oh flower its not easy is it? Keep talking to them and well if you can use your contract description but I know just now lack of money and lack of people does mean that job descriptions are a bu=it iffy cus your in a care job and so care.....

    I was medically discharged form the ambulance service years ago and Cath it got so nasty and so horrible but laws have changed and well hang in there and hopefully the phased return will be acceptable and they will be reasonable to you.

    Hoping for you Cath. (((( )))) and a bucket of stamina and fortitude cus I think yo might need some. Cris xx
