Weird Dream... :o

OK first time I have ever had a dream which included my arthritis..
It was like I was back in the yard of Asda, and loads of people were there and i was pulling a metal cage thingy towards the bin and it had a huge cardboard box in it. My boss grabbed it to throw in the bin and somehow he got stuck in the bin also and wanted me to help him pull him out (or something like that, its fuzzy now). Anyway I couldn't do it cuz of the weakness / pain from my arthritis and everyone was staring at me, and he was getting angry at me... really weird I walked away from everyone feeling upset and ashamed.
Next scene, was familiar to my days working the shop floor at Netto! But the same boss (from above) come to talk with me and said he was sorry and he was projecting (or something like that) and it was just he was scared of me that he got angry cuz he also just got told he had arthritis (or his wife?! i cant remember again) and he was scared.
very very odd - i dont usually dream and never had one involving arthritis.
However odd thing... I woke up this morning pretty much ache free, i had a good morning and since a very productive day!
Has anyone else had weird dreams involving their conditions? Maybe they are weirder then mine!

I have vivid dreams sometimes if I'm in any pain. A recurring one is that I have to catch a train or plane, but I'm late and everyone is telling me to run. They all run ahead and jump on the train/plane, but I can't run fast enough, so I miss it. I see them disappearing in the distance, and then I usually wake up at that point.0
