I thought the type of night I had last night was in the past. Shoulder feet and elbow kept me awake most of the night, dreamt that a catalogue for shoulder supports came through the door too. Now I have a stonking headache, whinge whinge, moan, moan.

Solved it del, I know why you didn't sleep. The Sleep Fairy didn't recognise you as you have removed the facial fuzz, so she passed you by. email her a photo of the 'new' you, so she gets it right tonight. DD

Hurting hands and elbows seems popular at the moment  Not nice is it? sorry you had a bad night, I hope you get to catch up on some ZZZZ today.

Have you heard of BINAURAL BEATS? Look it up on the net, I have them on my iphone and listen of a night if I can't sleep and they seem to work....or it could be that it blocks out hubbies snoring lol
    Arty :)
Hope today is a good day for you

    Hi Delboy

I find a good single malt helps,it doesn't chase away the pain but then you don't care

As to the catalogues, they are usually for my OH. :!:

    Hi Del,
Well that’s one way to cure the sleep problem. I might just join you with that particular experiment.

    Take care

Never mind, I am sure your better nights will return in due course. Do you take pain dullers before you settle? That can help sometimes (not immediately before, about 1.5 hours before so they are at their best as you switch out the light). DD
