    Hey DD,

Sorry you are still feeling rubbish from your virus thingy.

The cheerleading squad will continue to jump up and down, chanting and waving our pompoms (good job Juliepf by the way!!!!).

    Thinking of you.

    Hi dd
Sorry your feeling so low I do know what you mean I don't feel like my meds are helping but once I'm off them a while when ill reality hits home they do a bit and I manage a few days with them. Awful word that MANAGE/COPE doesn't sound great but hey some things are joyful especially those rugby thighs;)
I suppose we have to make the best of things and I haveto admit your posts are always helpful to me and I'm sure others too you are a fountain of knowledge and advice we all like to tap into it's times like these when I appreciAte you more as you are going through the same stuff yet spend much of your time on here helping others
Thankyou DD and I hope you feel some positivity again soon x

My thanks to jacqmun, theresa4, tilly, juile and anyone else I have forgotten, you are all very kind. This is not going well, I have to admit. nansue has antibiotics for summat very similar, I'm told there is nothing to be done. I am snuffling, snorting, coughing, going hot and cold and I ache from head to toe (nothing new there, but this is an ache that is all over, muscular too). I think it could be an attempted dose of flu but thanks to the flu jab it isn't making much headway (well, it is, but I am not as bad as I could be). For those of you on the immuno-suppressants who have not had a jab these are my sage words of wisdom: GO GET ONE. If anyone wants me, I am in the M.A.S.H. unit, being looked after by Barbara. DD

I think you are spot on del, the sore throat started an hour after last week's meth (having done the humira about 36 hours earlier) so yup, two lots of immuno-suppressants and here we are. I missed this week's meth (wisely) and may well give the humira a miss on Monday. I honestly won't notice that I haven't done it! Thank you for the offer of something from the Val's Café - may I have a Chelsea bun? Ta muchly! DD
