I've just had a look on tinterweb: if they were that good everyone would know about them, they would be in use all over the place and no-one would be in any more pain. Someone in Edinburgh has a very new one for sale for £30 (cost them £200, apparently). £30 isn't much to lose if you want to give it a whirl. My mum insisted on spending £125 on some sort of magnetic device to relieve pain, despite my telling her not to. It sits in my drawer, I tried it about a dozen times and found no benefit, gain or effect. I tell her it's helpful (she wanted to help) but it actually sits in my drawer.

We are very vulnerable to this sort of selling, very vulnerable indeed. People make money out of other people's misery. They always have and they always will. I wish you well. DD

Oh dear, Geoff71, a predictable outcome I fear. I am sorry - I remember the roller-coaster of emotions in the early days of this business, hoping that something would work, building myself up for it and then the long and rapid descent into dismay when nothing did. I now hold no expectation of any sort for anything in connection with my arthritis and so, when every once in a while a small surprise comes along, it feels more special. I wish you well - and I am glad you didn't waste £200. DD
