Go and sit down, and breathe gently but deeply - try triangular breathing, in up one side, out down the other and none across the bottom. Once that feels OK move to square breathing, in up one side, hold across the top, out down the next side, none across the bottom. Once that feels OK, just sit quietly for a while, then go and make a cuupa. Sometimes life does get too much and a bit of 'time out' is required. DDHave you got the despatches? Oh dear , Coco , know how you feel as DD said , it affects us all like that at times . I find a list of good things in my life ( either written or just in my head ) helps to get things back on track a little . Failing that ; if your body is telling you to stay put for a day and slob out ; then do just that , tomorrow is another day and maybe you'll feel better after a quiet rest day . Jillyb0

Hi Coco
I am so sorry you are feeling down, just dont worry about the winge or feeling like you do.
We are always here for you, like you say getting anxious about going out is all new to you, I have had periods of this since athur came to visit, I was making all sought of excuses not to go out.
But it was just a blip, I got round it by having to take my grandchildren out, and now I am fine again.
Please try not to worry about it.

hi coco
hope you are feeling better - i think we are all ready for the winter to go and spring to arrive - some days you just have to do what your body tells you to do and relax and chill out.
thanks for the little breathing technique DD - going to try it myself.
big hugs

Hi Coco,
Please be kind to yourself, don’t let this morning’s blip get to you. If you do not feel well then it does have a knock on affect in what your body can cope with.
Have a rest and relax this evening.
Hopefully if the weather is kind you can start planning your garden and have a potter out there tomorrow.
