Job Centre tomorrow

Well got the job centre tomorrow, and I can tell you I aint looking forward to it.

The manager hasn't been in touch with me, so I'm going to ask to see them tomorrow after my appointment if i dont see them before.

Slightly freaking out with it all, as well, I dont want another repeat of last time.

What should I do if she starts the same crud on me again?

if she starts again interupt her politly and ask to speak to her manager, if she says thats not necasary then reply your in a better possition to deside that and you want to speak to her manager, then say that you will go and wait in the waiting area so as to not hold her up with her next client, be firm but polite and dont let her upset you, she needs you as without you and the rest of us she wouldnt have a job. if she wont get the manager just go to the main desk and request one of them to ask him to come and speak to you.
keep your head held high, i will put me boots on and stamp on her toes for you if you want, just nudge me i will be in your pocket ok x

not sure what happened last time but you do not have to take it make sure you have her name and ask for manager if not available them make an appointment to see them explain about the unprofessional behaviour of there staff and the discrimination tell them you wish to make an official complaint you put up with it once but are unwilling to do so again do not allow them to intimidate you go to cab if necessary to find out who to see next if it not resolved to your satisfaction they are only employed to do a job and if not doing it correctly should be sorted out val

She made me leave the Job Centre in tears last time Val, apparently if I have flu (I'm asthmatic so have to watch myself) I have to still get up and go outside and look for work.

no you do not you can do it on line does she know nothing lol just tell her you log on twice a day to see what new jobs they got in and check local news paper the same way no need to leave the house do not let a little hitler get to ou tell her ou will have her job she can try looking for what not out there lol
