Hi All
I thought id let people know about a service which i am going to make use of callled ICAS, this stands for the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service. This is a service which can give you advice when making a complaint about an NHS person. Help they give is letter writing, someone can go with you to meetings if needed to act as an independent individual.....
I didnt know it existed and im certainly going to take their advice in my case, i need all the help i can when dealing with situations like this for sure....
