I've just come across a petition to get rid of aforementioned company. If you type 'Sack A***' in google search box it is the first thing that comes up.

Hope I am not breaking forum rules here but thought it was in everyone's interest.

what does it mean the bit that says 'we call upon then to pay all claimants over 13 weeks the enhanced rate?'

    I dont understand...

the rest of it makes sense to me, but can someone explain?

    thank you

    Hi Sal,

Have to agree with Toni, what does that mean do you know? I know I might just have switched off brain syndrome but does it mean automatic acceptance regardless of condition or capability?

Hope your doing ok and nice to bump into you again. Cris xx

People who have been on the basic rate of benefit for a certain period of time (I think it's six months, but it might be less), are put onto a long term rate which is more money. So I guess they are asking for the long term rate to be paid at 13 weeks.
