Im sorry it didn't go well only49 I really know how it feels when you feel like your wacking you head up a brick wall.
Also is there any chance of seeing another gp? as I said if its inflammatory pain naproxen could really help as its stronger than ibuprofen.
Just out of curiosity are you under a rheumatologist or just the gp? you might have better luck there? also possibility of a pain clinic referral? I know in some areas they tend to say no but at the very least the gp would know your royally fed up?
I really know how frustrating this can be my gp is great but ive got a rheumy that really couldn't careless and I swear she sees me as an annoyance because I tell her things arn't rosy and I don't smile back when she patronisingly smirks at me.
Unfortunately I think most of us have some area of treatment at least at some point where the doctors are like this and i've seen it time and time again that the people that get somewhere and get the help the need are the people that make fuss and so they should! The amount of times i've seen people go back and back I think the doctors get to the point there like OK! This isn't right and its not the way it should work but all I can say is keep going.
Massive gentle hugs and a ninja gremlin for your pocket (hes useful)
