V shaped pillows can be useful, but you cannot really beat a pile of standard pillows, artfully arranged. The biggest problem with sleeping sitting up is sliding down - you may find that you have to wedge yourself somehow, to stop this happening. There are some on here who, when having a bad night, tend to slumber in their recliner chairs - if you have one of those it could be an option. I wish you well. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
