I thought that the Welsh lauguage was alive and kicking but looking at the Welsh forum on here it's only ever had 3 posts in all the years I've been coming on here?, it's either that or they don't get OA or RA over there in younder hills!?, I'm not knocking them but it does make me wonder if as many people speak it as they say they do, well either that or they have another better Welsh OA/RA forum some where on this here web!?.

I think they have made the language up meself, it seems all you need to do is have a stinking cold get drunk and hey presto your speaking it, seriously though it's fine if they want to keep it going although it's a dead language, what I can't get me ed around is how the taffs here keep banging on about how crap England is yet they are more than happy to take our jobs, we have a few at the station and the insulting graffiti you see is amazing, brass neck or wot!, we also have a few Jocks at work and they aren't half as militant as the taffs, I know we were buggers all those years ago but let it go lads can't you, I lost 2 relatives to the hun in WW2 but I don't hate the Germans because of it, if ya can't let the past go you will always feed the ID and the only thing that will continue to grow is intolerance and hatred, and don't blame me for the damage Mrs T did, we ended up being seriously turned over by her as well and I like many didn't vote for her so don't blame me OK?.

Being married to a womam who was called Ceridwen Williams I have to watch what I say
But as I come from Chester I have opinions on the Welsh. They were always coming over and pinching our sheep and cattle in the middle ages As such there is (REALLY) in the city walls in Chester a gate that is locked every night at 8 o'clock to keep the Welsh out Also if I catch more than two of them together I have the right to shoot them with a bow and arrow and collect 10 shillings each for their heads.Possibly that's why they don't post

Yeah very true Len, theres 3 posts on there, I put one on there once and it didn't get noticed for 18 months, what a waste of time and effort to be politically correct, why don't they surrender and go with the flow, English is so good everyones speaking it, why use a rusty old Lada when you can drive in the Vayron of the language world!. let me explain, Myfanwe pap nipple growrk flappersnapdragon oh goh goh goh fenwitwaertiple granfannyflapperclecksnortybogogchuff!, now in English! I'd really like to take you to bed and make mad pasionate love to you!, see it's a no brainer sounds so much better in good old English and the really great bonus is you don't cover said young lady in buckets of your own spit!.
Hey hang on a minute!, somones just set light to me shed!!.

You must be feeling pretty desperate this morning Mel, to drag this old thread up again.

May I suggest you go have a lie down and calm down a little, your BP will be going through the roof and leave the Welsh and their language alone.

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.
