Good tip Val. How long do you tumble dry them for?

did not time it just kept checking on it about 10 to 15 min i suppose but think it depends on how flat it is etc

Hmmmm helps if you have a tumble dryer :D I'm getting one this year, am not going through another winter without one but with 3 kids!

I'm thinking of getting a foam pillow as I often wake up with a stiff neck - are they any good, ladies?

ive tried the memory foam ones and there to solid (i have OA in the neck), i have several different ones i use.

if its a cold evening i chuck my fluffy blanket in the dryer for 10 mins to fluff it up and heat it threw, lovely to curl up in and watch the telly.
