Oooo too many to choose from .....
Flying saucers and fizzy cola bottles (still my favourites now)
Early childhood memories of sweeties are great. My dad owned the village shop and sweet blonde blue eyed me used to spend many a day sitting on the counter by the sweeties .... It's amazing how many people used to buy a few extra sweets for me  , I was devastated when my dad packed it all in and bought a gallery

The best ever chocolate bar in the world was
TEXAN......... The big one... Remember the advert? The cowbow was tied to a stake and the Indians let him have his Texan bar as a last request, but fortunately it was soooooooooooooooo chewy they had fallen asleep by the time he had finished, he just pulled up the stake and sauntered off
I even emailed the company to see if they were going to bring them back as a lot of the sweets from back then have been having a retro revival, sadly there are no plans though
Spangles were great, we always got one from John the Baptist (local barber  ) After having our hair cut
If he did that these days they would have him on a 'special' register :roll:Me-Tony
