It's the arthritis playing games, isn't it? All the zingy shower gels in the world won't invigorate me. If you had a busy day yesterday then I suspect that is the culprit. Rest awhile now, get some strength/energy back then take on the rest of the day - with strategic rests playing a part. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I only ever use Sanex in the shower, i find it best for me especially when i have the Meth itchies....
I have trouble getting into, relaxing, and the getting out of the bath ... engine hoist might work...
Lewis Cat get separation anxiety when his mummy is in the shower and cries and cries until i poke my head out the door and let him know i'm ok, them more meowing until i actually get out... stoopid cat.
Showering in a nice hot shower tends to ease the joints some in the mornings which is helpful,
These days anytime i sit down comfy i tend to fall asleep like one of them dollies that shuts it eyes when you lean it backwards.... i wish to be able to watch a whole film with out nodding off half way through... especially as im off to see the kings speech at the cinema this week...
that's gonna be one hell of an expensive nap if i can't keep me eyes open.... heres hoping!
There is no snooze button on a cat who wants breakfast.0
