I suppose it's done from medical/medication evidence. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

I won tribunal for incapacity but i am under the inpression i will have to go through process again at some point a medical. I have been told before i will not be entitled to esa. I wonder as i am getting better i will have to look for work one day. How do they help people with depression will they say tuff you have to work . I know friends with all sorts of depression mental ill ness what will happen with them surely they will be looked after under the mental health act. A friend has asked me this question i dont know.Joanne0

If it is just one of many symptoms then obviously they must take the rest into account.. I assumed that you meant if the depression had gone and it was the sole reason for getting the benefit.. Sorry if I misunderstood..
Not quite sure on that one then, other than if you have any significant changes with any of the medical problems that are part of your claim you have to let them know... If you don't and they find out later then I suppose they may penalise you somehow..
The whole system to me is a ball of confusion, wrapped in an enigma disguised as a puzzle  :roll:Me-Tony

It is a big worry. There are people who find it difficult out and about in the world and they need lots of help and gradual exposure to living skills. I am hoping this will all be taking into consideration but I expect, on current evidence, they will not be sympathetic and make some people even more anxious and depressed.

Its a sad sad world, unfortunately people are so suspicious that the rigmarole rightful claimants have to go through is degrading and utter rubbish, if i could work it would be more strait forward and less hastle than applying for the so called help.
I didnt understand how difficult it would be trying to get financial help for my family,

Thanks for your replys.
i will just have to wait and see what happens with everyone no one looks in a safe place. The amount of people out of work and having to reapply for work is terrible how are we ment to stand a chance out there. any way thanksJoanne0 -
