    Is it your first appointment???
Physio normally assess you, and work out the best plan to suit your needs..
Deep breath.. will be with you in thought..

Given the history of your knee this IS a big deal. Good luck, I hope all goes well, and take care. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben

Thanks folks well i have at least learned some thing , when i saw the consultant few weeks back he said the operation he could do would be to but a button in , right the button is like the patella ie knee cap ,it would be good for them to all speak the same words , she seems to think there is Arther behind the kneecap as well as it being out of track the exercise i was doing for the last fortnight was aggravating it as it was wait bearing , have got a couple of new ones the bed dangle where you let the leg dangle over the other one over the side of the bed and a turned out left lift , which will hopefully pull the kneecap back into track but it wont ease the pain but at least i feel happier as to why , i have also to not walk to much in one go i dont like being domant

Learning one's limits with walking can be tricky, but be sensible and keep it to a fairly low amount - anything to help your knee improve, yes? It sounds as tho that was a reasonably good appointment - good luck with the exercises! DD
