OA in hands and feet

Hello,
Wanting to know if others get these symptoms? Past 2 nights I've been waking during the night, very warm-I'm usually freezing. My feet and hands feel like they're burning and feel like they're at least twice the size they should be.

Hi Eileen , You are describing just how my hands and feet are , i find it hard to walk on them and my hands are really painful. i feel hot all the time when it was cold i slept on the settee because i couldnt stand the covers over me i layed on the settee with a thin sheet. It is horrible isnt it i am still the same and hoping after the meds are started i will not feel like this.
I dont know why it takes so long to get a diagnoses , lets hope your xrays come back showing it , mine didnt the ultra sound picked it up , he told me on the day he did it, sorry you are suffering so much . ..........alicea xx

How are you? Did you ever get anywhere with the Sjogren's? Rhuemy never said anything to me about it so I'm assuming I don't have it.

My feet and hands, especially my left thumb, are really sore but also my wrists and ankles. I'm hoping they will show up in the xrays too. Was due to get xrays today but my wee boy was ill and I had to keep him off nursery. I'll need to see if my work will let me get away on Monday for them.
I'm freezing today again but know I'll wake up tonight overheating. Bizarre isn't it?
