Hi, i read a post a few days ago and cant find it . The lady had started a diet and lots of others had joined in . I cant find it but i have started a diet and lost 2lbs, not a lot but i am on my way . I have a lot to lose 5 stone. I had lost 4 stone up till 18 months ago when i started with thyroid trouble ,then i sorted that and then started with inflamatory arthritis . I have got to lose it so thanks for getting me going i will post as to how i go on ...........jilly

Oooooh, take your pick there are so many diet posts. I think it was back in February, possibly early March, so quite a few pages back. The name katnapp is ringing a bell (probably innacurately), seamonkey too. Or was it MissKat? Dunno - anyhoo - well done to you for making a start and I hope it contiunues to go well for you. Itr is not easy to do, lose weight, when one's movement is restricted and some of the meds give you the munchies. I too have about 5 stone to shift - that will be next year's project after this years has finished. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

Thanks DD i will go back a few pages , trouble is i am on every day and one day runs into anougher . I need my other knee replaced so i want to be get fit but it is so hard. .......jilly0

r clothes ment to fit new one on me lol well done little and often the way to fast and will go back on keep going and keep us informed then we can nag if you slip to far well done pat on back and a lovely shinny apple valval0

My diet tip was advice given to me by the GP ; serve up normal meal then remove a quarter of each item on the plate ; much easier and more straight forward than counting calories but it seems to make Betsy the dog put on weight ! Jillyb0

It was me i think....sadly the diet has fallen along the way lol..although im eating a smaller dinner0

i will join you all as i could do with reducing the amount of junk i have in me trunk, 2lb is a good amount to loose, to much to quick just goes back on with more. good luck with the diet,
